Conducted underwriting on 34 commercial assets and 200+ tenants. Led commercial, financial, legal, and technical due diligence for asset acquisitions. Authored the Annual ShenZhen Office Market Report (30+ pages). Developed Python-based web crawlers to collect 20,000+ data points with Redis for incremental updates. Built automated data cleaning tools, correcting 700+ inaccuracies in a 13,000+ record database.
